10 EXAMPLE OF BAD ETTIQUETT

Digital Etiquette is a set of rules which need to be followed by people using the interne through different types of technologies in order to ensure that the internet is better for all users. In simply means people need to have good manners when using the internet. The following are the 10 example of bad digital etiquette.

1. Cyber bullying: Akwani (2019) describe Cyber bulling as the use of technology to harass or threaten other people. It takes place when one individual send rude message or rude comments to other users. It can occurs through the use of social medias, sms and gaming.

2. Plagiarism: Kukiboyeva (2019) describe plagiarism as the use process of using another person words or ideas. People using the internet and technologies need not to use the words of others without their permission. 

3. Flaming: Is the act of posting insults or using of offensive language on the internet.

4. Spamming: Spamming occurs when one individual send massage randomly or unsystematically to large number of internet users.

5. Trolling: Trolling takes place when the user provoke other users. A person intentionally start conflict or arguments on an online social community.

6. Impersonating others: Is when one person deceive another person by presenting that he/she know that particular person.

7. Hacking: According to Denovan and Friedberg (2019), haking is an attempt to exploit a computer system by accessing information stored on another computer system without permission.

8. Downloading illegal: It take place when an individual download items such as photos, music, movies and without making a payment for it.

9. Privacy: All individuals using the internet should avoid posting or stealing other peoples information such as password, photos and video's. The user need to respect other peoples privacy.

10. Taunting: It take place when the individual challenge other people with insulting remarks or comments.
