INTRODUCTION
We are living in a world whereby internet and technology improves the standard of living for the people. People are now able to find solution, learn, search and develop things through the use of technology and internet. Organization which are all managed by people are able to develop new products and service, conduct a good marketing and provide feedback to the customers through the use of technologies and internet.
We as people need to know and understand that the use of internet and technologies on a regular basis can have a bad impact in our lives. Peoples health, attitude and behavior can be negatively affected by the impact of technology and internet. Psychological issues as part of Digital Health and Wellness will be discussed.
Digital Health and Wellness: can be defined as a state of individuals physical and mental health in the digital age and can also be explained as a physical and psychological wellbeing in a technological world.
Psychological issues
Kirby and Gilbert noted that psychological is referred as a condition that affect, destroy and damage the thinking ability, behavior, feeling and mood of a particular person using the internet and technologies and can also be defined as a mental disorder or the mind abnormalities that can change someone's behavior and resulting in poor day to day performance of an individual.
The following are type of Psychological issues which may arise from the overuse of technology and internet.
1. DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY
Luke et al (2017) explain that depression is considered as a mood disorder. depression can be described as a feeling of sadness and anger that interfere with a person everyday activity.
Example: People who use internet and technology on regular basis tenet to develop angriness, irritability or frustration because of tiredness, restless and lack of energy. Depression can lead people to have thoughts of death because of the sadness and emptiness.
2.ISOLATION
Johnson (2020) Is defined as a state whereby people lack sense of true belonging, true engagement with others and fulfilling relationships. Isolation often comes with depression, sadness and feeling of worthless.
Example: In many countries, people spend less time connecting with their peers in person but connect more electronically leaving them socially isolated.
3. POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER
Schellong and Lorenz (2019) mentioned that post traumatic stress is a mental health condition that is caused by a terrifying incident or bad or bad event. The stress normally take place after witnessing or experiencing a traumatic event.
Example: People who watch gruesome video or images such as bad killing, bad car accident or suicidal video can have high chances of having post traumatic stress disorder. It may result in people having sleep disturbance and mood changes.
4. NARCISSISM
Levy and Ellison (2011) state that narcissisms is the process whereby an individual ignore the need of those around him/her. It involves self centered, arrogant thinking and lack of empathy.
Example: Girls are in use of social media more than boys, meaning that girls are experiencing a lower level of happiness and social emotional difficulties as they grow up and which result in an increase female aggression.

Digital Etiquette is a set of rules which need to be followed by people using the interne through different types of technologies in order to ensure that the internet is better for all users. In simply means people need to have good manners when using the internet. The following are the 10 example of bad digital etiquette.
1. Cyber bullying: Akwani (2019) describe Cyber bulling as the use of technology to harass or threaten other people. It takes place when one individual send rude message or rude comments to other users. It can occurs through the use of social medias, sms and gaming.
2. Plagiarism: Kukiboyeva (2019) describe plagiarism as the use process of using another person words or ideas. People using the internet and technologies need not to use the words of others without their permission.
3. Flaming: Is the act of posting insults or using of offensive language on the internet.
4. Spamming: Spamming occurs when one individual send massage randomly or unsystematically to large number of internet users.
5. Trolling: Trolling takes place when the user provoke other users. A person intentionally start conflict or arguments on an online social community.
6. Impersonating others: Is when one person deceive another person by presenting that he/she know that particular person.
7. Hacking: According to Denovan and Friedberg (2019), haking is an attempt to exploit a computer system by accessing information stored on another computer system without permission.
8. Downloading illegal: It take place when an individual download items such as photos, music, movies and without making a payment for it.
9. Privacy: All individuals using the internet should avoid posting or stealing other peoples information such as password, photos and video's. The user need to respect other peoples privacy.
10. Taunting: It take place when the individual challenge other people with insulting remarks or comments.

RECENT TRENDS IN DIGITAL COMMUNICATION
There are many communication channels that can be used by different organization in order to improve their products and services. New communication channels have created great opportunities for organizations to improve their customers experience and adapted to new ways of communicating, supporting and advertising. Business have taken have taken steps of connecting easily with its customers through different technology platform in order to engage with the customers. The following are recent trends in digital communication.
1. CHATBOT
Dahia (2016) proposed that Chatbot is an Artificial Intelligence soft ware that is used by business organizations to conduct an on-line conversation with existing customers through text and the machines were made to solve customers problems by replying to their queries. Many enterprises are using chatbot as automate customer service, marketing and sale. The chatbot is a very effective tool that allows the business ton interact with people. People prefer using chatbot because chatbot are very quick in providing information. Chatbot are able to provide people with solutions for 24 hours seven days a week.
Example: Multichoice Company (DSTV) created a whatsApp group for its customers to find solutions to their problems. Customers are able to update the personal information, upgrade, and condcut balance check.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Bansal, Masood and Dadhich describe (2014) social Media marketing as the use of Social Media Networking to connect with customers in order to increase sale and build the brand. It can also be used as an opportunity to communicated and engage with the audience.
Many enterprises are now operating in a system of social media marketing in order to reach their customers. It helps the many enterprises to improve their communication with the customers. social media marketing assist the organization in raising awareness and can be used to introduce new products and services. Social Media that are well known can be Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
Example: Coca-Cola company posting new products on their Facebook, instargran as part of advertising the product and improving the brand.
3. VEDIO MARKETING
Hocky and Dudeney (2018) describe video marketing as a strategy used by many enterprises to market their products and services targeting their audience and it helps the enterprises to increase the audience engagement. Any person who has internet access an watch video's. Videos can be used to promote the brand, raise awareness of products and services and updating the customers with the current matters of the enterprises.
Example: Coca-Cola video's advertisement that are found on you tube as part as part of introducing new products.
4. PROGRAMMATIC ADVERTISING
programmatic advertising is an advance marketing strategy that distributes ads on the web when humans are not directly involved in process. it simply means buying and selling inventory using software. It gives the business an opportunity to promote their products and services. All business that are in use of programmatic advertisement can reach their target audience and can also lower the advertising cost. The business can have a great opportunity to increase their productivity through programmatic advertising as the advert is on the web.
Example: A Missing People Organization using the programmatic advertising web to help raise awareness about missing people.
5. EMAILS
Marshall (2021) Describe that email is an internet feature that allows the individual/user to send and receive a message to and from person using an email address. Emails transmit the message on the internet and contain text, files and images. Enterprise are in use of emails strategy in order to provide assistance, support, encourage and consult with clients. Emails are very effective in reaching the customers. It helps the enterprises to keep in contact with the consumers as many people are able to use computers and cell phones.
Example: Insurance companies sending policy document to a client as an attachment file on the email and a customer replying back as an acknowledgement of document received.

Introduction
The learning structure from different institution of higher education have changed in order to accommodate the digital environment. The new digital environment have influenced the leaners and educators because of the current technological devices and internet access. Nowadays Students need to learn more and understand the digital fluencies which will be discussed. There are five Digital Influences which are very important for the students to know as they will assist them to solve any problem that can be encountered.
Heine and O'connor (2014) describe the solution fluency as the ability of students to solve problems encountered. Under solution fluency there are six stages that students need to consider when conducting problem solving.
1. Define: Students must be able to define the problem and decide how on what need to be solved.
2. Discover: On this stage, students must be able to conduct research and gather information about the problem.
3. Dream: Students need to imagine about the solution of the problem.
4. Design: is a stage of deciding and planning of how to create a solution.
5. Deliver: is the execution part of the plan.
6. Debrief: Is the evaluation of the all the steps taken and ways of improving in the future.
Example: when a student go to library to search for an information from the library book and use that information to solve the problem.
Collaboration fluency
Is the ability of students to work as a team on an online environment in order to solve the problem. The fluency have six stages which are mentioned bellow.
1. Establish: is a setting up process whereby students need to determine who will be in the group.
2. Envision: Student must know the purpose of the team work and problem must be defined.
3. Engineer: A working plan must be developed.
4. Execute; The plan must be executed or put into action.
5. Examine: The step taken must be reviewed .
Example: when students participating on an online learning collaboration class.
Media Fluency
Edwards (2011) summarized that media fluency is the ability to communicate effectively with people by being able to interpret the message. It involved the communication aspects and also involves the interpretation and listening process whereby students must be able to hear and interpret the message and analyze the information. A message can be the form of noise and signals. Students must be able to verbalize and verify the the message. During communication process, a message between a sender and receiver is transmitted through a medium.
Example: When a student send a text message to a lecture using a phone and the lecture acknowledge by replying.
Creativity Fluency
This fluency is all about the ability to generate ideas when solving a problem. The students must be able to identify, inspire, interpolate, imagine, and inspect.
1. Identify: Students must be able to identify the problem.
2. Inspire: The ability to produce. students need to gather information about the problem.
3. Interpolate: Students must add or introduce something different.
4. Imagine: They need to get rid of irrelevant information.
5. Inspect: All creative ideas must be evaluated.
Example: when a student brainstorm all the ideas in order to solve the problem.
Information Fluency
Sharkey (2013) state that information fluency is the ability of understanding and using of different digital sources to learn, getting information, write and read through the internet. It involves the ability to search, find, evaluate, analyze and use the information effectively. Students must be able to consider the following step on the picture below when solving a problem.
Conclusion
The five fluencies skills are very important for the students to know. They will help the students to understand and be able to know how to solve a problem. Students can use different digital sources to learn and collect information through the internet.
